America’s Green Project (AGP) wants to show you how to reduce your Carbon Footprint. We’ve created an interactive Green Map so you can post your footprint and show America that you care enough about our environment to take action and lower your carbon emissions.

Using our carbon lowering worksheets you can determine what strategy will work best for you and your family. Whether it’s taking a car rather than flying on your next vacation or simply making a few modifications around the house, we can show you how much carbon will be eliminated with the specific actions you take.

When you create your map Tag you will also be creating an AGP Profile to keep track of your footprint lowering actions. When you finalize your strategy you can add your strategy steps to your Tag. If your click on your map Tag on our Home page your carbon lowering steps will appear in a “cloud” above your Tag.

You can return and calculate your footprint as often as you like to see how you are progressing towards your goal. As your footprint becomes smaller, your Tag color will change from Red to Yellow to Green or Carbon Neutral.

We’ve also added a Book Store to help you with over 70 popular selections from How-To lower your footprint manuals to Do-It-Yourself books on building solar panels or wind turbines. You will also find an extensive list of environmentally friendly retailers, both off and online in our Green Directory.

We hope you find our website easy to use and a helpful motivator in lowering your carbon footprint. Our goal is one million map Tags, we hope your goal is a smaller footprint.
